The Redinger Shop will be closing early on Wednesday, December 24th to celebrate the Christmas holiday. We will reopen for regular business hours at 8am on Monday, December 29th. During this time, we are available for emergency outs and calls only. Please be aware that holiday/afterhours charges will apply.

Phone Outage

We are currently experiencing technical problems with out phone lines here at the shop. As of 10:15am this morning, we are functioning with one phone line for the entire building. If you have tried to contact us and have received the answering machine message, please leave Jaime a message and she will call you back as soon as possible. Local Utility Scam

Recently, folks in our area have been receiving fradulent phone calls from persons purporting to be from local utility companies as well as some goverment agencies such as the IRS and Department of Health. These individuals are threatening customers with shut-off of services, fines, and even arrest if payment isn't made immediately. Please DO NOT give out any personal or account information to these individuals! Avista or Idaho Power employees will never call you and demand payment, nor will they ever shut-off services due to delinquent accounts. If you receive one of these calls, please call the Moscow Police Department at 882-COPS or your utility to report the fraud.
