Annual Maintenance
We reccommend servicing your furnace, heat pump or air conditioner at least once per year, preferably once per season (heating/cooling).
During a regular maintenance service call, your technician will thoroughly go through system start-up and run functions, clean indoor and outdoor components and motors, change out air filters, program thermostat and zone controls and make any necessary repairs to your system for a modest service fee.
Even with regular maintenance, break-downs happen! We are here 24 hours a day to provide emergency and afterhours service of your equipment.
For a small afterhours and holiday fee, you can rest assured that a service technician will be there for you, day or night, when your home comfort system is under the weather.
We stock a huge variety of pleated air filters and filter media for all of your indoor air quality needs. We stock standard filter sizes in 1", 2", $' and 5" widths as well as roll filters in 24", 30" and 36" widths.
We also stock in-line and can oil filters, humidifer panels, and can custom order just about any size/shape filter that your project requires.
Need return air, filter or floor register grilles? We've got those too!
We stock and carry a large number of gas, oil, electric and wood heating parts and supplies. From fan and inducer motors to oil nozzles to sequencers and capacitors, we have the components you need to keep your system running smoothly.
If we do not have your specific part on hand, we are fortunate to have fantastic suppliers in Spokane, Lewiston and surrounding areas who stock and same-day ship most parts and supplies. We gladly accept special orders and can often accomodate overnight delivery.
