Frequently Asked Questions
01
How do you bill?
For all service calls and installations, we perform the necessary repairs or installations in their entirety and then an invoice is prepared and mailed or emailed to the customer. We expect payment upon completion of any job, although late charges will not accrue until an account is over 30 days.
02
How can I pay?
Redinger Heating is happy to accept cash, money orders, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card payments.
03
Do you offer financing?
Although we do not offer a traditional financing option, we have had customers partner with Umpqua Bank of Moscow to receive a low-interest loan for larger projects and installations.
04
How often should I have my system serviced?
In general, we recommend twice-yearly maintenance on most equipment, usually before the heating or cooling season begins so that you and your system can be ready. At the very least, check your air filter and check the programming on your thermostat 2-3 times per year. Filters should be replaced regularly to keep your system efficient and last for years to come.
05
Are their rebates or tax incentives available?
Seasonally, Lennox Industries offers consumer promotions on equipment and systems, as does Napoleon Products. Local utilities like Avista and Clearwater Power usually have energy efficiency rebates available to upgrade to high efficiency equipment. Installation of geothermal equipment, such as groundsource or watersource heat pumps, can qualify for a federal tax credit up to 30% of the installed price. If there is a way we can save you money, rest assured, WE WILL FIND IT!
